Centralized system for the distribution of technical gases<\/h5>\n

Steelbau, to keep up with the times and to grant consistent quality<\/strong> of their products, since a few months has innovated the internal welding system.<\/p>\n

In the production workshop a centralized<\/strong> system<\/strong> of new conception has been installed, to manage and distribute technical gases to all welding and laser cutting departments, needed to operate the different welding and cutting machines.<\/p>\n

Centralized distribution of technical gases<\/h2>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Steelbau decided to use a centralized system for the management of technical gases for welding, specifically mixture, argon and nitrogen, for all the different bowls assembly departments and for the internal laser installation.<\/p>\n

The idea of this realization came with the goal to ensure more safety<\/strong> for the workers in each workstation, thanks to the presence of a single gas cylinder pack outside the factory, which allows to feed the whole system. Operational autonomy and consistency for uniform results<\/h2>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text max_width=”800″ css=”.vc_custom_1743669495742{margin-top: 20px !important;margin-bottom: 50px !important;}”]Each operator is independent in his activity; special manometers on the wall, one for each welding position, allow to open and close the gas feeding circuit and the production and welding processes are managed in autonomy.<\/p>\n
