Stainless steel containers for storing and transporting botanical pharmaceutical ingredients

Custom stainless steel tanks with lid and clamp closure, designed to feed a special rotary dryer used in the processing of botanical active ingredients for pharmaceutical applications.

Specialized pharmaceutical tanks

Our client needed containers with enough capacity to safely handle botanical raw materials, while also ensuring a continuous feed to the rotary dryer.
To meet this requirement, we engineered a customized upper flange that allows the containers to connect directly to the drying machine, along with ergonomic handles to ensure safe and effortless handling by the operator.

Custom lids with guaranteed sealing

In addition to the tailored containers, we designed and manufactured stainless steel lids complete with a gasket seat and clamp closure system.
This ensures correct sealing and full compliance with the strict hygiene and safety regulations of the pharmaceutical sector, guaranteeing optimal preservation and handling of the ingredients.
